I hit the back of my head and they couldnt wake me up. after they did i guess i went right back out... they did CT and they said i had a Urinary Tract Infection.... ( i just pretty much posted this question) the doctor said that loss of senses was due to sinus infection. gave me Nasonex nose spray didnt work

Anytime you lose conciousness due to a fall, you will have the aftereffect of post concussive syndrome. Problems like this do not show on CT scans (they are looking for blood with a CT), because the issue has to do with neuronal shearing or stretching. You may have passed out because of the sinus infection, but that wouldn't give you post concussion syndrome; the bump on the head did.
Ask your doctor to refer you to a speech pathologist, who can determine the severity, and give you activities to help you compensate for the problem.

Don't let anyone judge you. You're likely to get a lot of really inflammed retarded answers for this post. Just about every baby takes a tiny tumble like this. It doesn't make you a bad parent! As long as he's not acting unusual (such as being overly tired suddenly or vomiting) he should be fine. If he landed on carpet the worst he may encounter is some carpet burn if he skidded a little on the landing. If he hit a hard floor you may just wanna check for any bruising. If you're still very concerned in the morning you might want to place a call to his pediatrician. **edit** wow after reading all the posts of the ladies before me I'm so happy none of meanies came out for this one. Go back to your doctor, but I'm not clear on how a UTI relates to falling off of a stool. That part sounds coincidental.
