lego digital designer help?

I downloaded lego digital designer and when i try to run it a box comes up saying unfortunatly application had to close. I tried restarting the computer and that didn't work.

i tried that (reinstalling)but it didn't work.

It worked fine for me.

Uninstall it and try re-installing it again.

Do not do anything else while it is installing.
