Take a warm bath, as this will relax your sack.
Take the palm of your hand and move it from your bellybutton down.
If this doesn't work, wait a day or two,then go see a doctor

No need to panic..this has never happened to me but to one of my friends. What he did was stood up, put both hands on his lower abdomen and with a little bit of pressure, started rubing down his stomach slowly and then did it again and again until he could feel it getting lower and lower and then he just reached under and wiggled it out. But it should fall by itself too so don't worry about it!

fill the bath tub with hot water and soak for about 45 minutes! This will make your scrotum relax and your ball will go back to it's regular place!
