Philly has been trying to find ways to trade him for the past 2 seasons. Why be with a team that the General Manager are and higher want to ge trid of him?

first of all he is not the most over rated player in the league. you have to be just dumb to think that. he has been the leading scorer in the league, and/or in the top 5 for the last few years. he is the whole team, and even though i think he is a ball hog i believe that he is one of the few players that is good enough to be a ball hog. i personally believe that he is the only player on that team that i trust with the ball. secondly, he is not being forced out either, he is opting out of his contract. there is a difference. the coaches like him as well as the players there. basically he wants out because he is on a losing team and he is ready for a championship. he wants a win, and he is not satisfied with the way his team has been going lately. so i hope that answers your question.

He's currently playing for a losing team, and he feels that the franchise isn't supporting him by placing good players around him. He wants to win a championship, and it's something he'll never do as long as he's the starting point guard on any team. He's easily the most over rated player in the league.
