I wouldn't hate the woman she became interested in. But I'd still be upset- not because she had become interested in a woman, just because to lose a spouse's affections is painful in its own right.

I would tell her that it is absolutely immoral for her to carry on a relationship with her step-daughter, and as the father, I have a final say-so in the matter. It really would exceed all bounds of decency, and so I would be extra-vigilant in not letting them alone together for long periods and things like that.

Very simple. I would go all out for that girl. That way my wife and I can share that girl. Also to let my wifr taste her own medicine.
