there may be few reason why this happen, but only the doctor can give you the right answer n treatment ! so please hurry to see the doctor, they are professional n should help us led a better n healthier life !
Anyway next time do practise cleanliness n hygieness, especially before sex, after sex too is very important if you have had rough sex or doing anal sex [ if there is any tear at those sensitive area, so be careful n be gentle ]. Sex is for the both of you to enjoy hence both parties should take care of each other as well, do remind each other for the healthier sex life !
if something does gone wrong, encourage each other to seek proper treatment immediately, better still go along with you partner. Cheer !

This happened to my girlfriend, and when we did research trying to figure out what was wrong, it scared the hell out of us. When we went in to see our GYN, it turned out to be nothing more than a common yeast infection---totally treatable. She'd never had a yeast infection with symptoms like bleeding after sex, but it finally went away after treatment.

Could be anything from a yeast infection to HPV. It is probably harmless but the HPV can turn into precancerous cells that lead to cervical cancer so definitly get it checked out.
