Was she arrested at the scene? They aren't going to come after her now. If it was a real issue the bar would have contacted the police, clearly no one at the bar really cared(which would sound pretty normal as long as she isn't complaining since it likely helped business some). Could she have been arrested? Probably, perhaps lewd behavior, but most likely would have been disorderly conduct. What would have most likely happened is the bar would have asked to leave and if she didn't they would have called the cops, she would spend the night in the drunk tank, and possibly charges dropped. This is done when the person is too drunk and has no way home and the bar wants the person out.

I think she's just young doing stupid things. She's spent the last two years in an unhappy marriage, trying to raise to babies with the press all over her all the time. She's rebelling and when she is done and she matures her behavior will be less eratic. We all do stupid things, we all make mistakes, hers just happen to be public knowledge. I think that she can be a great role model when you think about her as a young girl that came from nothing and worked her way to the top until she reached her dreams. she's smart, she's motivated and she gets what she wants. If you don't want her to be your childs rolemodel steer them in a different direction... president bush.. oh wait.

All of these people are horrible role models. Definitely not the kind of thing people need to see... children or adults. I heard it was just gross.
And these are the people who are getting millions of dollars every year. Man, what a messed up society! Those of us who are vital to the economy have to struggle to get by, but those who entertain people are raking in the big dough.

I think that all of these "celebrities" now a days are too skanky!!!....I like the olden days when glamour was with the long beautiful gown and that.....and she should get some kind of punishment for what she did,,,yes.it is indecent exposure!!...if any jane doe did it,she would be in jail!!!

I believe that she is young....doing very dumb things that she will definitley regret when she gets older....NOT a good role model
