The password is not universal and is coded to the file winrar made that the user entered.Usually the place where you dowloaded it may say the password or even sometimes the website is the password. If a password cannot be found a user does not want it to be shared. There are some progs out there that use dictionary words and diffrent words entering thousands of passwords each second to find it.

Or you can just use WinRAR without messing with it because it works even after your trial period expires - just have to click the Close button when you open an archive and it pesters you. If the archive is password-protected there isn't a "master" password, but you can find the password wherever you downloaded the file from originally.

There is no universal password. The password is usually found where you downloaded the file. If the author did not post the password it means he or she doens't want the public to download it.
