We went to Florida last year and had a wonderful time exploring the beaches there. We spent a full day at Daytona Beach and part of an afternoon at Sunny Isles beach in northern Miami.
I've also been to Muir Beach near San Francisco, CA and it was nice, but the sand wasn't as soft. And the water was freezing but that may have been because it was Feb.

Do you know Bali Island?
Bali has many good beach, such as Kuta, Dreamland, Sanur, Tulamben, etc. Theay are nice place for surfing, snorkling, diving, watch beautiful sunset. Great place for holiday and sports.
