Andre Rousimoff a.k.a. Andre The Giant, had a daughter, but not a son. Big Show was originally proclaimed as Andre's son, but it was only for the angle with Hulk Hogan early in his career.

No, Paul Wight (The Big Show) used that storyine in his old WCW days and has since admitted so on several WWE programs. He has said he actually regrets leading people to believe that and is embarrased about lying. He is no more related to Andre than you or I.

no. that was just a wcw storyline involved with hogan. big show's name is paul wight while andre the giant is french and only had 1 daughter who is 6 feet tall.

That was just a storyline back in WCW.
Even if he was Big Show's father, acromegaly isn't an inherited condition, and they both have (or had) it. Simply put, Andre's gigantism couldn't be, and wasn't, passed on to his kids.
