I do believe I have self control and I will give three examples of that, five years ago I quit smoking cold turkey after being a smoker for about 4 or 5 years. Nine months ago I quit drinking because I was a major alcoholic with a major problem and have since come to terms that I can drink just have to be able to stay in control of the situation. Last one I recently found out that my boss is selling the company and the new employers will be giving drug tests I quit smoking pot cold turkey and have also come to terms that I don't need to get high as much as I was (which was everyday), these three things are some of the hardest things to quit doing and I have done that and it takes plenty of self control to tell someone that asks me if I would like to do any that I can't but at least I know cool people that respect my decisions not to do something that I might end up regretting when I could end up losing my job or going to jail or ending up dead or the worst thing would be losing the love of my children because of a dumb decision that I made because of a moment of weakness and they are probably the best reason not to be doing something that could get them taken from me and that just ain't worth it man.

Yes, I have self control. To proove it. I'm on a 21 day sugar fast. And after that I will never want sugar/candy again. And i'm on day 14! Talk about self control. Most people can't even go past day 3-4.

I can Honestly say i have more self control than 98% of the people in my class (about 250 kids)

Yes, except for certain kinds of pastries or pies if they are left in front of me too long with a hot beverage.
