In a week they won't be much bigger than they are now.
I don't know how old they are now, so I can't tell you how long it will be till they are adults. It can take up to 6-8 months for them to reach adult size.

It will take less time if they are in a large tank. 8 mollies and 4 platies should not be in a tank smaller than 20 gallons. They need heat, proper filtration, and will thrive with a bit of aquarium salt (1tbsp/5 gallons) in their water. If you give them this, and high quality foods, they should grow to adult size much more quickly than if you keep them in a small tank with no filtration or inadequate filtration, or poor quality food.

If you have a large, stable aquarium, you can also do 10% water changes a day and feed them very small amounts of food four times a day. Mollies need vegtable matter, so get some spirulina flakes and put them in a baggy. rub the falkes into a powder and feed a tiny pinch. You can also feed fry food, powdered egg yolk, baby brine shrip....you name it. Good water, lots of space, security, and a varitey of food will help them grow.

In a week or two they will only be slightly larger than they are now.

It will take at least 6 months for them to get to "adult" size and by then they will require at least a 20 gallon tank.
