Breakfast! At home I usually have toast except when berries are in season; then I also add cereal. In restaurants I usually alternate between egg dishes and pancakes -- Strawberry pancakes with sour cream is the best! (An I-Hop waitress first recommended it to me many years ago!)

for me its dinner because if I eat breakfast, i get sick. ihhh and school lunches are disgusting so i barely eat at lunch time.
