Please tell me the best LCD monitor for text, since I don't play games on it. Just for a lot of the internet and Microsoft Word. I want the text and graphics as big as possible without having to alter settings. Please help! I have a 15" CRT at 800 x 600 now and it's easy on the eyes.

Go with a Hitachi! They have the highest resolution out there!

Go with the SAMSUNG 941BW. It is a 19'' widescreen with great brightness and clarity. It also comes with a $40 rebate and free shipping from newegg.com

Just about any brandname monitor will be fine. The best one imho is the Dell Ultrasharp model. The Nec Multisync is not bad either.
