You have to meet the grounds for an annulment. The grounds in TN are: the marriage was illegal (i.e. one party was already married), the marriage was entered into under fraud or duress, your spouse is incurable insane (gotta provide proof!), your spouse is impotent, the woman was pregnant by another man without the knowledge of her spouse.

If you don’t meet one of the grounds, you’ll have to get a divorce. Short-term marriage or ‘buyer’s remorse' (for lack of a better phrase) is not a grounds for annulment.

Next time be sure before you say "I do"

just leave file for divorce, and have papers sent to a place where she use to live and then place an ad in the legal potion of the paper if she don't read it it's a done deal.

Talk to an attorney - don't you want to give it a chance first?

talk with a lawyer. it is my understanding that it can be just as expensive as a divorce.
