If a friend deleted their 360 account and all, how do you find if they created a new one?

I would have to go through tons of pages and click on the avatars? There must be an easier way. I don't want this person to know I am doing this. I just want to find them again.

The user ID would be different too. So this may be impossible?

if this person deleted their account than I think you need to leaver it along for you get in to trouble .
