You need to remove it in Device manager, unplug it from your pc and unistall the software that came with it. Shutdown your pc. Wait a few minutes, turn it on, install the software/driver and connect the webcam to your pc only when the software ask for it. If it does not, go ahead and finish the installation, and shut down your pc again. Reconnect the webcam to your pc and reboot it, this time window will recognize the webcam and install the driver for it. If all of that does not work, unplug your webacm and plug it in a different usb port. Don't use the usb port in front of the pc, use the usb ports in the back.

Without more information it is hard to give a good answer. BUT...the last Logitech camera I owned could not be reinstalled after a certain date due to the fact that they decided not to update the driver.

First attempt it on yet another pc. If it somewhat works then a minimum of you keep in mind that the digital camera is effective. Then attempt yet another USB port that something else is utilizing and dealing. i'd thoroughly un-installation each and each and every and each and each and every of the appliance and then re-installation it lower back thoroughly from scratch.
