I did but was tramautized by the time I turned 6. My sister saw me writing my letter to Santa and told me that it was a waste of time.(She was 13 at the time). She said Santa was dead. She said he was climbing out of the window in the projects and someone thought he was a burgler so they shot him.
Why would someone tell a kid that??!!??
I cried so hard and when my mom came home and saw how upset I was she told me the truth. There is no Santa and she gets up early Christmas morning to put the gifts under the tree.
Sad story but true.

I didn't just about 2 year ago, but before I do because they make him look so real. Now I know he's just a made up character, but when I see some guy in the mall dressed up as santa i still like to give the big jolly guy a hug. I guess I just like to feel little again. ^-^

when i was a kid i did. when i was very young, my grandpa would dress up in a santa suit and come into the room with presents wrapped in foil, and we all thought he was really santa. then, one year i noticed santa sounded just like my grandpa. i asked my mom and she told me truth. now, i dont believe in santa
