If there is blood in his urine Any of the problems he might have are ones that could kill him or cause permenant damage if left untreated. the great news is that if he gets treated it will probably cause him no permenant damage at all. he might have kidney stones, a very bad bladder infection(most probabale), or an STD. Tell him stop being a fool because it will only get worse and if your in pain why wouldn't you want to get treated to feel better?

being scared is a silly thing for not going to the docs
if he is scared he needs to go as fast as he can
so he can find out before it is to late
if he waits, it could make things much worse
go to the doctors now
my aunt broke her hand, and when they took blood it showed cancer, but she felt great until she found out, if she never broke her hand, and they got to the cancer fast, she would not be here now... so if you care, get him there now!
good luck
and
God Bless

Well, I'm not a doctor but have been a medical assistant for a while. But i'm pretty sure he should go to the Dr.'s because I know it could be scary, but if you don't hurry quick to help the cause it just may not be preventable.

At the very least, could be kidney issues. Would he rather be dumb and scared or dead? No reason to act like a baby. These are serious symptoms. His body is "yelling" at him and he's sticking his head in the sand. Could be a kidney infection. Isn't it a greater torture not to know. It's not like they can do anything to him without his permission, for pete's sake.

The sooner he goes to a doctor the better his chances are that it can be taken care of quickly and easily. Tell him to stop being a baby and get to a doctor. This is important. Go with him, but get him in there.

1st symptom could be nervous system, pulmonary or circulatory issues.
2nd could be kidney or bladder issues or a urinary
If it was as serious as cancer, he has FAR better chance of survival with early detection.
Both in my mind are serious enough to see a doc about.
