I haven't talked to him. He's too stressed? I've seen him 6 times in the last 3 months always acts like nothinging is wrong How do you get over a 30 year relationship without communication when you still love him

We started dating when I was Fifteen. We have 3 grown boys and a beautiful granddaughter. I thought that this time in our life would be glorious, everything we've waited for. We started young. I thought this would be our time" At Last" and then he was gone . with angry words and total ........just gone .......zero communication. vapor.. He comes here and says he "misses me" that he needs to "talk" to me ....all his belongings are here. What can I do? What did I do wrong?
Missing him more than ever. Can you help me?

I guess it is harder because you were with him for along time, but just keep in mind it ended for a reason. You loved him, but you did not love him enough to stay with him. Realize your marriage had its good and bad points and now you are ready to move on. It will take some time and it will not be easy, but in the meantime maybe joining a group with like minded people can help you get your mind off this situation. Try volunteering and doing something things you never go around to during the thirty years of you marriage. I hope you feel better soon.

Well for one you aren't going to get over him soon because you still see him alot and talk to him. But try to limit the time with him and move on. It will hurt some but your pain will heal. ANd if you need to chat to someone e-mail me or IM me when I am on and I will bee there for answers to your questions.

I wouldnt focus so much on him. I would start focusing more on yourself. You are going to have to take this time to start redefining yourself. Alot of people lose who they are since the time that they are born and not being known just for who they are...Examples are "so n so's daughter" " so n so's wife" "so n so's mom"....Now that your not married your not "so n so's wife" anymore. Well who exactly are you? What do you like to do? It is time that you figured that out first instead of focusing all your time on him.

Your heart will hurt....you need to take care of you. Make sure you get your hair done, visit the spa, buy a new outfit. Take care of yourself

I feel your pain, my wife had an affair and left me with 4 kids, I could nt get over her. not that easy to get over it, takes time, u need to communicate and see why he left you, not your falt, his doing. maybe he is seeing someone else and isn't ready to talk about it yet, cause he isn't sure of her. nothing is wrong with him, it's not his heart that is broken, he know's exacly what he is doing. we can love someone but that doesn't guarantee they love us or want to be with us. as he sees it there is nothing wrong, he isn't suffering, or confused, he know's what is true here, he just hasn't discussed it with you.
