The answer is 105
3 x 35 = 105 or 105/3 = 35, therefore, 105 is a multiple of 3 and
7 x 15 = 105 or 105/7 = 15, therefore, 105 is a multiple of 7 and
5 x 21 = 105 or 105/5 = 21, therefore, 105 is a multiple of 5 so,
therefore, 105 is a multiple of 3, 7 and 5.
I calculated 3x7x5 to find 105.
there is no positive number less than 105 that is a multiple of all three numbers. If a negative number were allowed, the answer would be negative infinity. I doubt if that would be expected to be the correct answer.

Those are all prime numbers. The lowest common multiple must be their product.
