Can you turn your weakness into a strength. A good answer would be something like this: Some of my greatest weakness is that I can frustrated when I see people not giving their best effort
I am individual who is willing to work as long s it takes to make sure a job is done right. Never say anything like: I have a hard time getting to work on time

I have always struggled with this question. One time I didn't think about it ahead of time and said one of my weaknesses was one of their qualifications!

But one of the books I was reading says that you shouldn't give them the typical "I'm a perfectionist" or "I really don't have any weaknesses". Instead you need to show them that you have a weakness that you are working on.

The one that I have started to use is: I need to learn my limitations- when I can take on a project and when I can ask for help.

"I tend to strive to accomplish tasks on my own without eliciting the help of others if I feel driven or talented in the particular task. I need to work on delegating parts of projects to others in order to better utilize time efficiently." Yep.
