Yes they have. My aunt called me to wish me Happy Birthday 2 weeks after my birthday one year.

Yes! On my 30th Birthday, my husbands family all forgot and never acknowledged it! Of course if I ever am late by one day, I get an ear full from them! Ah well! Atleast it wasn't my immeadiate family!
