I would recommend the Kuhli Loach. They are small and look almost like snakes in the tank. They will eat the snails like most loaches and are an appropriate size for you microtank. They grow to about three inches in length and have black and white stripes. I am considering getting some for my own ten gallon tank now that the pond snails have invaded from my anubias and crypt plants. Although, the snails are keeping the algae off most of my plants and driftwood. Most people recommend getting two or three Kuhli's to keep each other company and bring the others out to play. I cannot stress or put more emphasis on NOT getting Clown Loaches. Clown Loaches can grow upwards of eleven inches and require at least a thirty gallon tank to start out with. Putting such a fish in that small of a tank is cruel not to mention the bioload they would put on your tank. Keeping a small tank is an artform that requires research into which fish do not get larger than your tank or the fish can handle. Good luck!

In a 10 gal, you don't have much of a choice. In fact, your pleco is no good in a 10gal tank. Common plecos can hit almost 2 feet long! And they are poop machines. Even the smaller, 5 inch plecos do not belong in anything smaller than 30 gallons.
Also, rasboras are schoolers, and need to be in groups of 5+. I suggest you bring back your pleco and get some mroe rasboras.

You could get 2 or 3 yoyo loaches to eat the snails, but yoyo loaches will outgrow your tank. Consider just squishing the snails when you see them, or trapping them in a plastic film case with some holes poked in it and some lettuce in it.

OR, if you're up for the task of keeping a really neat fish, consider a dwarf puffer. They eat snails. BUT you can't keep them with ANY other fish, and you have to make sure what kind you get, because some puffers need salt in their water. If you go for that, look it up, research extensively before buying one.

if you smoosh a snail in the tank, it will potentialy release any eggs that the snail could be close to laying, spreading it farther. the lettuce idea is the best, along with simply removing them with a papertowel.

loaches are the best. there is another but for the life of me I can't think of it at the moment. I'll post again when I think of it.

I have snails breeding in my guppy tank. What I did was use it as an excuse to get another tank!
:-D
and I keep dwarf puffers in it. I feed the snails from the guppy tank to the puffers!

Please research DPs before getting any!

loaches will do the job and also make your tank look good too, but get a school of them around 6 because they move, eat, and show off best.
try getting clown loaches, but they are expensive and might get too large for your tank. so get yoyo loaches, skunk loaches, etc... go to google and type in loaches.
good luck!!!

golden zebra loach (burmese loach) can work.. their max siz is 5 inches... but you need 3 at least to to keep them happy.
