I would have tried to talk my friend out of going to Iraq.
I would have cried and begged and done anything I had to do.
So that he would still be alive today.

I dropped a toad off a bridge with a parachute attached to him.. the kind you get from the plastic soldiers. The parachute failed to open properly and the toad had a pretty hard landing. It lived.. atleast for awhile.. I put him in the grass and left.

I wouldn't change anything because although my life has been very harsh and sometimes abuse ridden , every thing I've been through has made me the strong and and caring woman I am today .

receiving a dear john letter from a girl i was planning to propose to a week later than when the letter arrived.
in my mind she would not have sent that letter. we would have married and made love incessantly, had 5 children, and still be passionately in love today.
i loved her then and still do today.

I wouldn't change anything - my experiences have gotten me to where I am. And I love it here.

if anyone regrets their birth then maybe they should be looking at the bright side of suicide.
i regret being shy and sensible when i should've been headstrong and foolish.
