How do I organize my music on my laptop?

i have a lot of music on my laptop and i want to organize them.
I have some artists where i have tons of their songs,
but others where i only have 1 song.
I have a lot of different genres of songs on my laptop.

Any suggestions would be helpful!!!

I would recommend first by genre. Then, in each genre, by artist if there are more than three songs.
