I have installed new games to my hard drive but why would the internet run slow also.

If you check for Spyware and Ad-bots and clean those out, all that's left to do is clear out your internet cache, history and temporary folders. (All can be done through "Options")

Clean out your cache, Temp. Internet files,cookies, and then do a degrag of your disk. Also clean out the Prefetch Folder.

also try getting a copy of decent spy-ware, try lavasoft ad-aware and Spybot search and destroy, both can be downloaded for free off of the internet. Run them once a week or so, you will surprised and the crap it will find on your computer.

Download a program called "Spyware Doctor". It will cost about $30 but will clean up any and all spyware, malware and any other problems with your system. I did it and my system works great !! It even catches trojan viruses that my anti virus software can't detect and cleans them off my system. You will see how much faster your system will run.
2nd choice is "AD-Aware". It's free but will not detect malware, only spyware.
