My pattern is all over the place. Sometimes I only eat one square meal a day, and then something like a piece of fruit or some other kinda snack.
Other times I skip breakfast and eat lunch and then dinner.

Mine are usually roundish, kinda blobby. Seldom square. Even sandwiches aren't square. Unless you use a 'sandwich' loaf, that is.
