unless your a network administrator of a network the email was sent on...or an ISP(internet service provider)...then nope not really....best bet is to look at the header of the email for an ip...or web address.

If you can find the correct IP in the header, yes you can trace them back to the server they came from. then you need to contact a person at that server and they can trace it to the person.

Www.whatsmyip.org is a place to start.
