Absolutely not. Okafor is and will continue to be good in his own right. But Hakeem was a much better defender, rebounder and was twice as good on the offensive end. Hakeem was a guy you could really build a team around. Okafor will wind up being a very good #2 player on a good team.
And Oden isn't the next Hakeem. He is either the next David Robinson, the next Patrick Ewing, or the first Greg Oden.

are you insane, Emeka isnt even in the same league as Hakeem, not even planet man.
He has a better chance of being the next Sam Bowie (he was drafted between Hakeem and Mike Jordan in 1984).
