You do realize that with that spelling for both sounds ppl will forever be confusing the two. that can be very frustrating for your child.
consider these alternate spellings, which while making the pronunciation clear, are still unique and cute.

Miah, Mya or Miia-(My-ah)

Meagh, Meah or Meea-(Me-ah)

personally i would assume the spelling Mia was (My-ah).

for the boys:

i like
Jacob and Fransisco.

sorry...Johnaton sounds like you have a lisp or something. Dante is too prissy to me. Efrain...i like better as Ephraim *like in the bible...one of Joseph's sons...*

Someone I know had a baby about 6 months ago and named her Amelia, her nickname is Mia pronounced Meeya. I love the name Mia- Meeya that is such a pretty name.

How about the spelling Mya for Mia for a girl?

As for a boy..Hmm..I always thought Dante was really cute. So how about Dante Fransisco for a boy? Good luck! Congrats!

I like Mia because there arnt alot of those out there. And for the baby i would use the name Dante, beause it is a unique name. You have some good choices, and i hope you have fun with your baby whatever you may name it.

I love both girl names, cant choose. Mia (me-a) maybe.

Not fond of the boy names but Jacob is okay. But Efrain isnt so bad. Maybe middle name Enrique, just kinda cute for some reason.

Jacob for a boy
and I think Mia just for an opinion for spelling Maya is good but some poeple pronounce it (may-a) so to be different Myah (My-ah) my sisters name.. ther may be alot of spelling mistakes by others but it will only be pronounced the right way.

i like Efrain. For the boy's sake if you name him Johnaton i would spell it either Jonathan or John Nathan to keep him from suffering too much in school. (Latinos will pronounce it johnaton, anyway, everyone else will pronounce it Jonathan and wonder why you spelled it wrong) Mia is cute, but sounds like a nick name. Maya (mya) is nice, but if you spell it Mia they will probably call her Mee-ah will just piss her off and lead to her constantly having to tell people how to properly pronounce her name

I like Mia (Me-a) but if you choose to go with Mia (My-a) I like it spelled like this "Maya" :)

For a boy, I like Jacob or Dante.

For a hispanic baby - how about Maya (My-a). Jacob is the only one that I like in both Spanish and English.
