drink plenty of water and try to delete all sodas and processed sugars like candy bars and cakes for a while. Wash your face twice daily with Aveeno Clear Complexion Soap and moisturize with aveen clear complexion lotion. Try your best to keep your hands off of your face and find a vitamin E supplement to take. worked for me. GOOD LUCK

You should try the Obagi Nu Derm System. It is quite expensive $270 for the travel kit and $310 for the big size. It is worth every penny. Unlike Proactiv and all the other products Obagi has prescription strenth medications in them so they work even better. I work in a derm office and am currently using the product myself. I have never been able to find anything to clear my face up until now. They also have Obagi Blue Peels. If used right the system will last for over 3 months. It is sold by prescription olny. Look at some information online.

use homemade remedies...
many years indians have been using a chickpea mask for their faces.
this soaks up oil very well
its very easy and cheap to make too!
all u have to buy is chickpea powder and get a handful of that, mix with some water until u form a paste, not to watery though!
and apply to your face for 10 minutes, or until it dries....then wash off with a face towel and warm water.
also use epsom salt as an exfoliator
my friend did this before and it helped her skin out alot
use aloe vera as a moisturizer
again this is a secret beauty trick that the egyptians have used to help their skin for many many years
PICK me as the best answer, because its the truth!

If it's really bad, ofcourse you will have to see a dermatologist. I use Cetaphil soap. It's great. I've had acne problems on and off my whole life, and this works the best. As for topical medication, I prefer Neurtrogena on the spot 8 hour treatment. It really shrinks zits quickly. Good luck. I know how hard it is to deal with this....

well go to your dermatologist so you can take prescriptions to prevent blemishes
and for your blemish scars get microdermabrasion. its like a little vacuum with crystals that exfoliates your skin and absorbs dirt. it can treat scars as well. you can get that done at any spa. or there are cheeper kits that you can do at home.
but go to a dermatologist as soon as possible. i went to one and it really helped =]
good luck =]

I use Bare Minerals, it's a light makeup, that doesn't cause buildup, and it helps clear the occasional blemish that I get. Hope everything works out. :)
