What language would i need to learn in order to be able to create a PC game which would include some 3D Graphics?
Also Which programs would be good to use?

I used a program called game maker pro, I downloaded it (but I didnt pay so i use the trial which is just as good) and on their website there is some tutorials for making 3d games, ie. vanishing points, and I managed to make a game like Doom, the original!
You will not need to learn any scripting/computer language (like 10011010) all you need is some images!

If you want to learn to write games, start with the gameplay, not the graphics. No matter how good a game looks, if the play sucks, nobody will be interested.
If you don't know any languages yet, start with Visual Basic which holds your hand through the difficult bits. It won't play very fast games, but you wouldn't be able to create a high intensity, highly graphical game by yourself anyway.

There are some programs out there that let you design little games (RPGMaker as well as others) but they really aren't that good.
If you want to make something decent, you're going to have to learn C++.... its a LOT of work! Making games isnt easy! :)
Id firstly point you in the direction of cplusplus.com to learn the language a bit, and also XNA / Game Studio Express from Microsoft which has a free compiler.

I suggest using DarkBasic from Darkbasic.com. it uses a very simple interface and program to create some very good 3d games. download a free trial before buying.

Try The Game Factory 2 from Clickteam. Bought it for my son and ended up doing one or two 'retro' games.

I also bought Dark Basic. This allows 3D control.
It is a little more sophisticated, but might be what you want.
Anything more then its C++
