He isn't on All-Time teams and stuff in video games because his lawyers made this claus that prohibits his name to be used without permission. Since he isn't a member of the NBA PLayer's Association anymore, you'd have to pay him like 5 million just to put JORDAN 23 on the back of a jersey.

I know that he isn't in games like NBA Jam and NBA Hangtime because he wasn't allowed to in his Space Jam contract.

bcuz he retired but i agrree with the first guy he is on nba street and a couple of other games you just mite have to unlock him
