Wondering if a perception of the person behind the avatar is an issue for anyone or do you just judge the answer?

I think that sometimes I look at the answer differently if the avatar is usually unfriendly or unusually beautiful. if its unremarkable, i only judge the answer. but above all, regardless, i judge the answer. but this woudl be excellent to do psychology expeirment on !!!!!!!!!!!!

Mainly people just judge the quality of the answers. However, believing that their avatars have no effect whatsoever would also be a mistake. I happen to know for a certainty that I have been picked at least once simply because I don't have one.

Never ! And people are smart enough to know the avatar may be far from the real person. I really enjoy answering the questions.

No. The quality of the answer and the quality of grammar in the answer are usually the determining factors for me. However, last night I saw that one person, instead of an avatar, had a picture of a penis. I did not even bother reading his answers.

I commonly choose the reply it is the funniest, yet when i'm asking a intense question it really is often rather common to p.c.. best answer because one will be more desirable informative than others. i do not choose in accordance with their avatar.

Not at all, I want the person to know that the answer is important and it was helpful and smart. Looks aren't as important as the answer.

not everyone has an avatar.

for me i don't look at that i look at the answer because the questions i ask are usually questions no one can answer.

but sometimes i'm lazy and i just ask questions i know i can find but i let someone else do it for me and i give them points for finding it. Even trade for me. points for answers. :)
