I have a neighbour that has been harrassing me since I moved in, constantly banging on my walls, everytime I go out she quickly comes out, it feels like she's got her claws into me & if she feels I get away from her, she does sth to get my attention. She's really crazy & she is blaming me (for what God knows!!!!!) I know people who abuse others always blame the other person but this is really crazy!
it's all like a story from a horror movie

She's very very sly, nobody belives me as the things she has done are so outrageous. I admire you FUS for your courage but she's already blaming me, God forbid if I actually did sth, she'd have the police & the army involved. She's like an annoying poodle, wanting attention all the time. my landlord doesn't believe me & if I do or say sth she quickly goes & tells...nasty piece of work.

she's jealous & doesn't like to see anyone happy. I also thought of going to the police but being as cunning & deceitful as she is, I can guarantee she'll make up a story to put the blame on me. I'm too gullible to handle such people. She's an expert. The only I do is avoid her & even this bothers her as she doesn't like being ignored (everyone must pay attention to her & pay respect to her!!)

Well, I can only tell you what I done many years ago. I moved in to a house and this bloke next door was a cretin , he done all that you say. Anyway one night I waited for him and dufffed him up(in the dark, so he couldn't see me) then as he was trying to get up I told him that I was a friend of the people next door, and next time he wouldn't get away so lightly. Surprisingly he moved six weeks later! Now, you have a woman annoying you but something along the same lines might work.

I have a neighbour like that. It turned out he was mentally ill. I phoned the police and they said they couldn't do anything until he actually threatened me or did anything to me. This was after he actually came to my door shouting and swearing at me in front of my very young son who was scared an on my birthday too. He has done all manner of other things too. These things really upset me I can't say what they were but i feel ashamed. This isn't because I did anything/anything wrong but It's too awful to say. He also tried kicking in my other neighbours' door who has young children. He posted a letter warning her to move out! She phoned the police an all they did was pay a visit. Could this woman be ill or do you think she is just old lonely and a bit resentful?!

relying on the type of harrassment you could record it for your community police enforcement organization. by using reporting the harrassment you'll have a list on report so if added courtroom situations come into the police station they could take action... back it relies upon on the type of harrassment that you're speaking about.

Get a restraining order. It will cost maybe 35 dollars through a magistrate and you don't have to prove she does anything. With a restraining order, comming within 50 feet of your property or yourself when your off property will land her in jail.

If you're in an apartment building, tell the landlord. Or throw a skunk at her.
