It's the fat content, the coating soaks it up like a sponge. Don't believe me? Take a piece, place on a plate with lots of paper towel under it and nuke it for 3 or 4 minutes. You will be shocked at the fat that comes out of that 1 piece. Having said that our bodies like fat, whether it's good for you or not we crave it.

Steroids. No joke, The colonel torchers his chickens. And did you know the pop-corn chicken is the stuff that falls off the chicken, just fried? It's like the fat and stuff, that is really gross.

I think it is the seasoning on the chicken, the breading and also the way that they cook it! I love KFC chicken because it is the only fast food chicken that i can stand---everything else is so greasy and nasty!
