How would I get the best rates for air and hotel? Is it cheaper to go mid week or over a weekend? I can go anytime between mid June and third week of Aug. July would be best though. Does it make much difference in price between these months? Are there any little known promotional codes or coupons? Thanks

Nope... July is the middle of the vacation season, fares will be the same on weekend or weekdays.
