I have had couple of nightmares myself but one thing that got me trought it was my need to know the meanings of it. Maybe your subconcious is trying to tell you something important and this is the way it is calling your attention but you are ignoring its meaning. There are websites that can help you understand and decode your dreams and even sometimes have control over them (I'm telling from experience) I have been nightmare free for over 2 years and I fall asleep with the confidence that I can control what happens. I hope this websites help you as much as they have helped me. Give it a try and maybe you might put an end to your nightmares as I have. Good Luck.

I was told by my mother that in your dreams, you work out your problems and your fears. THESE are your fears, listen, I am going through what you are going through right now, I hate it too. It makes me scared to go to sleep but as I stopped fearing them as much, they went away in my dreams. I am still having nightmares every night, I've had them for the past year, all I can say is... don't worry, your mother is there and she isn't going anywhere.
No one is going to hurt you, dreams are NOT real, if you ever say that in your dreams, you may gain control to even wake up. I have gained that control already because I know I am dreaming in my dreams, don't watch a scary movie before you go to bed. Dreaming these scary/good or whatever you dream is always good because it helps you work out your problems so do not fear it. Remember, it is just a dream, it's not real.
Good Luck

I had real bad nightmares as a kid to the point of waking up in the middle of the night screaming as load as I could. I was told by my mother that I had to stare down what was scaring me and take control, or it would always scare me. Not what a kid wants to hear, but I tried it. You know it worked!
What I had thought was my aunt and Mom chopping a up person, was a side of beef. We had stayed at my uncle's farm in Maine one summer, and I walked in at the wrong time while my aunt and Mom were getting dinner ready. Not what a "City" kid should see. It sounds stupid(now) that something like this could scare me so much, but it did.
Since my Mom gave me the dream trick of Not running and staring things down in dreams, I sleep like a rock, but just in case, I need help in a dream, I keep a star ship in orbit. Another trick my Mom told me. "Think of the most powerful thing you can and know its on your side." As a kid that was the Enterprise, but as an adult it is God, and he's standing by to assist.
I hope this helps you.
Good Luck

Well in the one about your mom you're just fearing losing her. The one about the tall building means you are afraid of facing your fears. The one about a girl like you trying to kill you means that you're afraid that you have some how ruined your life or ended it. And in the last means that you fear that you're not meeting to the standards that either you set for yourself or someone else set for you. Hope that helps.

Increase your intake of green leafy vegetables or take a vitamin B1 supplement. Nightmares are an indicator that you are severely lacking in that vitamin. Take it with Vitamin C so your body can metabolise it properly
Other symptoms will be; slow metabolism, minor fatigue, nervousness.

you are your own worst enemy. In my humble opinion you are playing out your worst fears in your head. thats why your chasing yourself. Its kinda like a symbolic "bizzaro you". just be a strong girl and don't live in fear. Maybe prayer to the most powerful and high will help. Train yourself to be more mentally in control and tough. You don't have to literally go to a high rooftop and toughen yourself, just avoid it. In your dream take that mirror image of yourself, carry her to a high rooftop and throw the bit ch off! you will feel better. =)

I have had those before, they're night terrors. Something is really bothering you. It may be subconsciously and you may not even be aware of it. It could also be a reaction to something you ate before you go to bed. I havent had any since my ex and I separated..what does that tell u???LOL

Try playing music while you sleep, because what your hear during your sleep affects how you dream, so play something you in joy and is light and not something like rap(ewe) or heavy metal.
