It is hard to describe but Bronzers could actually do that. Go to a MAC counter and ask one of their professional makeup artists do that for you. They know how to apply the bronzer under the cheek bones so that your face looks thiner.

Duck Tape... If it can hold houses together, I'm more than sure it can hold your cheeks in!
You can make it look like you have high cheek bones "making the face slimmer" by applying blush to the right area.

go buy a shimmer a few shades lighter than your face...take your pointer finger and run a line of it down the center of your nose and also put a little right on top of your cheek bones (helps make you look like you have high cheekbones)

Wear long drop earrings to give the illusion of a skinnier face and avoid hoop earrings because it does just the opposite.

Use bronzer or darker powder in middle of cheek below cheekbones, end of nose not on bridge, under jawbones and chin not on, no make up on neck.
