firstly dont try to remember it word for word. make sure you understand what you are talking about WELL and adlib as much as you can. That will calm your nerves and help with stuttering

if you get lost relax and remember that everyone has trouble with these sorts of things, take a deep breath, let it out, pause and continue. you will be surprised how much time seems to pass through this and you will get ur grip on yourself.

dont picture anyone in their underware just remember you rock!

email me for more details. i can help

What helps me the most is to practice the speech out loud a bunch of time using note cards (or laptop). Other things:
- put enough info on the cards so you know what to say, but not so much info that it can be read verbatim,
- intentionally slow down when talking so there is time to look at the cards and think about what you are saying
- stick with the topics on the cards - a brief pause between cards keeps you getting ahead of yourself or starting off on some tangent

Practice the slow speed, and deliberate pausing between cards until the talk sounds smooth.

You just need to be sufficiently familure with the subject and not actually memorize the speach If you are confident enough you won't studder. Just be very familure, know the subject matter inside and out and memorize your basic points and know how to elaborate on them.

hmm, i'm guessing this is the part where Macbeth is talking about the death or "suicide" of his wife. Well, for this part you should be sort of forlorn or sad and drawn back. Not too sad though because Macbeth was too worried about his kingship even to morn over his own wife's death for too long. When you get to the part where he says "out! out brief candle!" that's when he starts becoming more intense.

Notecards are good to use for practice and practicing does work. Also try changing a few words if you can't pronounce them. Try not to get nervous and keep your eyes on the crowd.
