my local video store a few years ago, rented out playstations and xbox and things. Try your local video store.

I have been a gamer since the original Super Nintendo made its debut. Honestly, I can say yes, Blockbuster at one time actually -did- rent out consoles/handhelds. Back then it was only the Gameboy Original. I still remember the day I walked into the store, hoping to rent a console because mine had died and the workers telling me they no longer supported that option. And honestly, no company would allow you to rent a console that they could easily have a consumer buy. However, my point is - It has been impossible to rent consoles for some number of years. I would suggest going to your local video game store and renting a game - the Wii controller is actually quite easy to use. I highly recommend buying one.

Blockbuster used to rent gaming consoles but I am not sure if they still do or not. I looked on-line but its just the on-line store. I would call them and ask. Also look in the phone book under Video gaming.
