You might get the remnants of hurricanes or tropical storms, but PA is to far inland to get a direct impact from hurricanes. This does not mean PA is out of the woods, however. PA has had some of it worst disasters by flooding and tornadoes caused by the remnants of tropical systems.

No, Pa doesn't get hurricanes. Sometimes we get heavy rain and wind from the hurricanes out there.

www.nhc.noaa.gov is the National Hurricane Center's web site which will tell you EVERYHTING about hurricanes......as far as Penna goes........here's a hint....look at the storm tracks for 1973.......

Tornadoes are twisters over land.
