Ask them to repeat it again to you at a later date. When you tell the truth you never have to remember what it is you said.

its really hard to tell especially if they are really good at it, they may fidget, but the number thing is looking to the left is a big sign of lying.

I believe the eyes can't lie. If they can't look you in your eyes--don't believe a thing they say. And that's the truth.
