No a size 3 is not fat but it does depend on how old she is if you told me she was young like 9 or 10 years old then maybe if she was not tall.

NO! do you know how hurtful that is. Irregardless of the circumstances pertaining to why she is :"FAT" , calling her that could lead to some devasting consequences like suicide, self destruction etc. Some people just can't help it do to medical reasons. After all judge and you will be judged!

hahaha yeah.
i call any person fat.
but not if they take it seriously.
Size 3 is pretty small, but people that wear this size seem to be more conscious about their weight and looks.

the fact that you say she is "only" a size three means that you know she is small, you just want tell her she's fat to be a mean person.
