I have been to the Singer website but it no longer provides online information for this machine.

Here is the link for Singer WorldWide. On it, you can find an index of serial numbers, and explanations, links to service manuals, parts lists, etc.

Additional:
Well, I just followed up by looking at the site myself in more detail... Honestly .. this is the manufacturer of the machine...I find it hard to believe that you cannot get the information you need from them....

If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader 7, you should have been able to access the .pdf files they have regarding your machine. This is a quote from the United States portion of the directory....
"Part charts are available online to help you determine the exact name and number of the part needed.
In order to view the charts, please download the Adobe® Reader® — free software
for viewing and printing Portable Document Format (PDF) files."

I did a simple search on their site, with "Model 15-91" and came up with several hits.... I just looked at the the first pdf file named "15-91" http://www.parts.singerco.com/CPpartCharts/1_19999/15-91.pdf , and I see it is a copy of the old service manual, with every part drawn and numbered. What else do you want? It tells you in that one file what the part numbers are, and what they look like. That is online, that is a complete listing of all the parts, and what they look like, and that is the location you can purchase replacement parts from, if they can be had.

If you need something else, be more specific, please.
