ever since i moved to a new school 3 yrs ago i have become rly shy. i went from the crazy outgoing girl to the quiet girl who likes to read. im a sophmore and ive been like this since the 7th grade. i have friends who i am rly crazy aroung but at school i cant seem to talk to anyone...that also effects how boys act too b/c they wwant someone confident and i cant even talk to them hardly. what should i do to be more outgoing. b/c right now im kinda miserable with ppl calling me shy and quiet...

I'm the same way...
But maybe just try to start talking to new people.
Once you can prove to yourself that you can
talk to someone new, you can pretty much talk
to anyone. You just have to push yourself to
take that one step forward into talking to others
that you normally wouldn't talk to.

Hi sweet, look dont think u are on your own here . Be confident in yourself for who you are, nobody knows you better than you!!
and remember these
1. Smile
2. Remember ppl's names
3. Be interested in other ppl
4. Listen, and get ppl to talk about
themselves
5. find out what your friends interest's are
6. Be sincere and make your friends feel

Just be urself. If ur carzy n fun with ur friends, u should be the same way at school. Then, no matter what people think of u, u know at least they know the REAL u!!! ;) j
