I sincerely believe that he does believe Christ is his savior, and that he is following his tenets. I just think he is too ignorant to know that Christ’s precepts don’t gel with his foreign policy and military posture, and that his overall ideology is at direct odds with Christian teachings. It isn’t his pathological insincerity that allows him to call Christ his Savior with a straight face as he simultaneously practices his warmongering. I think it is his lack of overall knowledge in Christian theology that gives him the luxury of maintaining the dichotomy of being a Christian and at the same time a militant President.

I believe he is a Christian. The only problem I have with it is he believes that everyone else should be also. I love this country because of the fact that people use common sense and do not show favoritism as far as law making goes toward any religion. I fear that since Bush has injected such a polarizing platform of religious beliefs, he has divided the country. Religions are too emotional to use in a public forum like he is in. To show that this nation is great and can return to the glory that it used to have aroung the world, the citizens must be united.

What political agenda? Look how hard he's been hit everytime he mentions "Jesus". He has very little to gain politically for "pretending" to be a Christian.

You are too funny. I hope you aren't Psyops looking for a way to back out of the mess you helped create. You just killed three thousand people and a mess of Iraqis. If you aren't, I think the evidence is self sustaining. The chances are up til now, you've never met a believer. That's how few the true believers are.

It is not my place to judge, but I would lay money down that it is a political agenda.

Yes, I believe he's a Christian. A little too conservative, kinda stupid and misguided, but a Christian nonetheless.

If he is fraudulently using religion to promote his politics, God will punish him in due time.
