Lying Guys?

Do guys lie to girls saying they are good lookin ro something to be nice or what? This kid I know told me today I looked pretty but I don't knwo wether to take that as a complement or what, becase he has been through alot of girls which were all or most ugly. I would appreciate a guy imput on this, I was jsut wondering if guys lie to girls if so why?

The best advise I can give you is this. A man will say or do anything for sex. Why do guys lie? Its simple because sometimes we listen to the head below our waist rather then the one above our shoulders.
