In my english class we are writing editorials for the newspaper. The arguement i chose was that i believe college intuition should be cheaper for college students. I need some reasons to back this arguement up. If you have any answers please let me know. It will be greatly appreciated

you should have picked a topic that you really know about our that you are opinionated about I don't beleive that college should be cheaper because they provide scholarships for people that need them and for people that don't all you have to do is work for it. if you need help you could do some research on this topic but because everyone has a different opinion this topic might be a hard one to answer although more persons would get a college education the peopl the that work for it may not get into the colege they atn because of overpopulation

If the government subsidizes colleges tuition more people will be able to go the college. These people will make more money in their life times and will pay more taxes. The argument is that the government will get more money from the higher wage earners that have college degrees.

lower the costs so that people can get educated and help the economy later in their life. A lot of kids are well qualified for a prestigious university but are forced to attend a lower quality one because of the price.

I'm not sure it necessarily needs to be cheaper, but it should be easier for students to get more money for loans, grants, and scholarships.
